Amy Rola

    Amy Rola is a former Wellesley idol winner and a graduate of the Eastwood integrated arts program. She’s been singing and playing piano since the early age of 2 and she began writing and composing her own songs at age 11. When Amy was 18 she released her first full length album produced by Cedartree recordings. Thanks to William Tenn, her music was heard by the former president and CEO of Universal Music Canada, Randy Lennox.

    For four years, she was performing with the pop show choir, KW Glee. In her third year in the group, they had the honour of performing with the beautiful sounds of KW Symphony backing them up. Amy also performed with KW Glee in Toronto as they were named ‘Show Choir Canada Champions’ in 2015. After joining Wellesley Idol in 2018, Amy is excited to be back and hear more beautiful voices in the community.
